ABBI

ABBI is a digital platform developed to support service coordinators working in the healthcare sector — particularly those assisting children with disabilities and their families. The platform streamlines case management, documentation, and communication, allowing coordinators to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time providing meaningful care. By simplifying complex workflows, ABBI helps improve efficiency and consistency across services that play a vital role in family support.

I led the project from ideation through wireframing, branding, and interface design, creating a cohesive system that’s both intuitive and adaptable. The logo and visual identity were designed to convey clarity and approachability, while the app continues to evolve in response to the changing needs of its coordinators and the families they serve.
